Massive heartburn - the throwing up copious quantities of acid bile at 2AM kind - really light headed, no strength.
I really feel like shit.

Yikes. That's not good. Stress does that to me sometimes but one time that it didn't go away was when my gall bladder went out. Please take care of yourself. And if you get a fever go to a doctor immediately. I hope this passes quickly for you. Get some rest if you can.

That sounds terrible. I agree with LF. If it doesn't subside or it gets worse, consult a doctor.

24 hours of pretty much continuous sleep and I feel much better.
