Rep has changed yet again, and I am thoroughly pleased with the results of Varaj's ingenuity. This time we have the best of both worlds -- the default option is a neutral comment, but you can choose a positive or a negative rep if you so desire.

This system is for rating individual posts only. To rate a user overall, use the Karma function. I know my cadets will show respect when using this new rep system and will not abuse it or snivel about it unless there's a serious problem. Have fun, and give Varaj a big thump on the back when you file out!

Any chance we can get the delay/timer removed from the Karma system? Since you're rating the poster, it doesn't make a lot of sense to have a delay.
