MUCH better. Bold red and black, good font, nice clean up job.

I would recommend something on the right navigation that will get you back to the front page. The navigation is kind of awkward in general in my mind. You might google for web site navigation tips.
I would also recommend a http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Favicon and a title on the pages. Right now the title is index which doesn't look so good.
Oh yeah the having to scroll down using something other than the browser scroll bar is annoying. You might see if you can't change it so scrolling is all out of the site itself.
I really like the color scheme and the graphics. It is coming along nicely.

I"m not 100% sure where to put it, but you might want to consider listing your hours somewhere. In the submissions section you say stop by during our normal business hours but I didn't see anywhere what those were.
