Would it be okay to respot something I posted to EN World a year ago? I was going through some old threads I have archived to my computer and came across a really funny, yet sad player blow-up story that occured to me last year. I thought new members and old members alike might get a kick out of it.

I can't wait for the massive, post-4E thread resurrection project. We should restart every single old 3E thread, changing it slightly for 4E. Or maybe even simply posting to the old threads with a comment like, "Now how would this work in 4E?"

Why just monks? Anyone who takes the feat should be able to deflect it.

They should at least get a bonus to their reflex defense.

And maybe they should be able to get a feat to throw it back.

Don't forget that Wind Wall should deflect it completely!

That reminds me of the water wall spell from the old 1st Ed Witch that appeared in Dragon. Now there was an overpowered class!

The writing isn't bad, its a fun read, and is a great spoof of 1e cheese.
