Over all I think you came down hard on her goven her CLEAR lack of net sophistication. The stuff you slammed her with is the sort of thing you slam a vertern with not some net noob who is trying but hasn't gotten there yet. You called a net 4th grader out and you are a net phd... kinda rough of you and this is coming from me.

One of the tech admitted to me there were at least 4 different methods people were using to change their wallpaper on the sly. It seems something that really motivates people to do something about it. It's like not being able to decorate your office.
