Well, he could be a bad guy. My impression was that Supes was trying to hide something for a good reason, and had to do things that seemed bad but would be ultimately explainable. The big thing he was hiding (and this is just my guess/interpretation) was that Bats wasn't dead, and it was important for that to be kept hidden for some reason.

Anyway, it's a damned fun trailer. It had latitude that could only come from not having to worry about a coherent plot. The supposed movie it was a trailer for would have been fucking wild, that's for sure. It would have to have everything but the kitchen sink. I don't know how good of a movie it would be, but it's a trailer for the ages.
