Time off for home repairs and renovations

Looks like I get to leave early today so I can rush home for the AC repair man... stupid fan in the external portion of the unit quit working... I'm guessing thats a compressor issue and covered by warrenty, either way it won't be that expensive.

Then tommorrow the windows guys are coming out to finish the replacement of all my windows... this time its the stained glass. They are pulling out the old windows and encasing them in the new windows so I get to keep my stained glass and still get multipaned goodness.

If it's the fan it's more likely the fan motor, not the compressor which is more expensive. Have him clean the coil while's he's there.
