I have a problem with orthorexia. What should I do?

Let me weigh in by saying that I think you should have a deep-fried twinkie. Make sure to use lard, not that canola oil crap. For an even richer flavor, gather one or more gallons of bacon drippings to use in your pot.

Jeebus. Are you serious, man? Only asking because if you're not -- Sobek beat me to a great answer. :D If you are... damn. My condolences. Seek professional help, ASAP, and remember that even the tightly controlled diets of gold-winning Olympians allow for "cheat" meals throughout the week. In fact, such meals have been found to aid the body in maintaining healthy levels of leptin.

Nope not serious. I'm way to lazy to be obsessive.

Can you deep fry a cheesecake ?

Very likely. I've never tried it, though. :) But I do loves me some funnel cake. Mmmmmm. Especially the ones at Canada's Wonderland. I hope they haven't gotten rid of that booth.
You can deep-fry anything if you can batter it and have it hold together.
Deepfrying water would be difficult, but you could deep-fry ice.

I know which you speak of- as of late may of this year it was there.

Woo-hoo! Another year or two and the munchkin will be old enough to bring to Canada's Wonderland. Granted, I'll have to spend all my time hanging out near the frickin' swan boats and the Flintstones bumper cars, but I can get funnel cake!

Mmm, now I'm craving fried ice cream and there's nowhere in this city to find it. :(

That thing is a fucking terror if you're over 6' tall. Or it used to be. The tunnel they built for it was awfully low. I used to instinctively duck as it was only a couple inches over the top of my head, and always waited to hear about some guy getting scalped.:grey:

It is scary when you are a small person too- the bar that came over my lap didnt come down far enough. I felt like I was gonna come flying out at any moment. I screamed the entire time- i was that bitch.

Let me tell you -- it feels that way when you're bigger, too. :) I rose several inches out of my seat in the drop. It was a very uncomfortable feeling.
Which is why I can't wait to ride that bitch again! :D
Arkansas State Fair is later next month, I've already been nominated to go on the rides with the kids, since Mom can't (and to keep her intake of fried twinkies to a minimum).
