The kids are all excited to see the first snow. I'm not ready for snow.

I took this 15 minutes ago and now it's snowing even harder. Looks like the snow might stick around.

Snow is on it's way here now too. The sky got dark really early and we're supposed to get rain turning into snow as the evening goes on.

The kids are out there catching snow flakes on their tongues. I took Charley outside to see the snow. He wasn't too pleased with it. :heh:

Weren't you complaining you were hip-deep in snow back in June?

Yep. And it looks like we heading that way again soon. We have nearly 3 inches in the yard now.:grey: I went out and bought boots for my youngest 2 kids and a new winter jacket for my oldest. I'm broke now but they'll be warm. On a side note: I need new pants. I was reaching up to the top shelf to grab the right size of boot for my daughter and my pants fell down. :o That's never happened. (Yes I was wearing a belt but it apparently is too big now too.)Thankfully I was the only one in the isle other then my oldest daughter. I think I'll ask my parents to give me clothing money for Christmas.

Oh and we have no tv at the moment because of the snow. I really wish there was somewhere other then our roof where we can put the satellite dish. It's not very easy or safe getting up there to knock the snow off.

Weren't you complaining... [fill in the blank]

Isn't that one of the best parts about weather?

Exactly. Like I would like to complain about our current heat wave - it is still technically Spring, but we are currently in our 8th day over 35C (95F). Monday is supposed to go back to 28C, then we're back up to 33C and 38C for Tuesday and Wednesday. It is actually a record - it's the first time this has ever happened here. (What global warming? :grey: )

Everyone feel free to complain about their weather in this thread. :win: I need to go knock down some icicles. The kids had a lot of fun sledding today.

I don't want to complain about the weather, just comment, is that alright?

We had a serious storm here yesterday, and obviously it was just that day that my training coven was meeting... a good day to experience elements! We got soaked and blown away, but it was interesting. Lovely to see the trees dance. Less lovely to see two birch trees being blown over.:boggle:

The park we went to is also home to an artist who works with a chainsaw:D

We have a huge storm coming in right now. I bet we'll have some up rooted trees before all is said and done. More snow is coming with it. I'm going to head out soon to fill up the gas tank in the vehicles then get to the grocery store and stock up on food that doesn't have to be cooked just in case we lose power for a bit.

Cat, love the pics you posted. :D

Lets see, it is the middle of November and the past two days I have been outside in jeans and a tshirt. It has been like 60 degrees here for the past couple days. I am loving it now but know that things are going to be really bad come like February or March. Oh well.

Oh and Cat those pictures are awesome. the stone table with chairs and wow to that stone horse.

We've had this thoroughly horrid springlike weather for the last couple of weeks, too, with highs in the 70s and sunny days. Thank god, it's gone now. Cool outside and rainy and highs this week will be in the 60s. It's November not spring, and it's time for cool weather. My friends have been wondering why there has been a burst in bug activity, critters great and small.... well I do think this warm weather has everything to do with that, and my allergies going to hell too. Bring on some winter before Thanksgiving gets here!

Because...?

I was thoroughly lost myself... If I had taken any of my medication recently I might attribute my confusion to that, but I have been out for a few days of the ones that could cause that kind of confusion.

Of course those medications are supposed to help stop a lot of the confusion in me as well... :boggle:

I think we just got LF's cold front. It was a bit nippy here today, but I can't really complain about the weather here. It's rarely unbearable.
