Actually, it looks like someone with an odd loosening up regimen, probably not knowing the camera is recording. Probably spent some time in acting school.

Actually, it's a yoga exercise called the Lion posture and it involves intense stretching of the facial muscles that also involves the tongue. She appears to be including breathing exercises with it, but it's not all that unconventional--it just looks like the devil. For porn, I'd recommend Tantric Yoga--this looks like just run of the mill Hatha Yoga.
