You will need:
Fresh scallops, scallions, parsley,grape tomatos, virgin olive oil, paprika (hungarian if you got it), white onion.
Cook scallops until opaque in a water, white wine and oil mixture. Put aside when cooked, do not drain pan.
Toss all the veggies (save the parsely) in and cook until the tomatos start to burst.
Put scallops back in.
Cook for an additional 5.
Put paprika and parsley on
Serve.
Enjoy.
