this is pretty neat (and I hope it will work here...)
After taking the 20 question test, I was informed I was a crow - modest, inquisitive, a leader, assertive and outgoing.
However, maybe I wasn't objective! So you guys can click on the thing and vote, and my daemon will change accordingly.
What the heck is this you say? This is a promo (I guess) for the movie "the golden compass" based on the book of the same name. I am very excited about this movie because the book was incredible - yet I am a bit skeptical, as it (well, especially book 2 and 3 of the trilogy) approached rather strong philosophical and religious themes. I hope the messages will not be diluted.
Anyway, in the book people's soul had an external manifestation - an animal (of the opposite gender) that represented someone's personality. Children's daemon could morph in various shape, but as they grew older they "settled" into one. These manifestations were called "daemons"
