Yes. I poke around there now and then, but never really say anything. Couple of people there I miss sometimes, most of them I couldn't care less... Most of them never would have made it on NTL, NKL or here. Mostly ENWorlders saying bad words. Once upon a time I couldn't stand it because it seemed to be ruled by Queenie. Now, it seems to be ruled by Goblin Girl, and a posse/clique of ENWorld asshats who fail to recognize their own asshattery.

Now, it seems to be ruled by Goblin Girl, and a posse/clique of ENWorld asshats who fail to recognize their own asshattery.I miss GG and her hubby, (and am rather amused at hearing of the CM'rs who were worried about her when word that they would be getting hitched came out) along with a few others, but some of them, even some of the NKL/NTL vets I am fine without to be honest, I've afraid that I still harbor some ill feelings towards how some of them (imho, ymmv) helped to bring down some of NKL's decedent boards.

Ruled by Goblin Girl? That's not a vibe I get at all. The characters I note the most over there are PWD, Anti-Sean, Ovinomancer, and their clique. Asshats, sure, but funny asshats.

Maybe she's more noticable outside the Senate. The different forums there tend to blur together for me since I read it almost exclusively via the New Posts search, but I know the few times she's tried her hand at posting in the Senate she's always gone all "You're all a bunch of misogynists who think I'm just whiteknighting Wil, so I'm taking my ball and going home" after like three posts.

Anyway, for me, CM is more like a rowdy neighbourhood pub, while Kay's is more like being at a friend's house - smaller number of people, and not as rough-going. Both fill their purpose for me.

Werd. The vibe here is so laid back and there's no crazy ego fronting or attention whoring. That's probably helped by the smaller population. I really quite like it.

I'm no cliquer... I make a habit of calling bullshit on anyone, and so they all hate me equally.

So yeah, I wish he would come back. When I took my little walkabout, which I think everyone knows about as well, well that was going on when he left and when I came back I thought that was just a joke of some kind - that he was actually here under an assumed or new name. Looked all over for him before I asked you, Varaj, if he were really gone.

He was the one who set up the take off on the Marvel Civil War "I'm with" sigs... awhile back, one of the better board meme's/fads imho. Stup is doing very well, he came back out to visit with Dr. Midnight, Chronosome, Siezure Salad and myself just last month. We all had a lovely time.

After the gencons and meeting people face-to-stripper-to-face I embraced CM. Hell even Green Lantern posted a fuck ton for awhile there. I post in and out am more likely to show up in chat of course.

I explored a small section of her ass once. I had to pull back out when the pack mule slipped and disappeared into the cavity, along with all my surveying equipment (ie AstroGlide).
