Ever wonder what was in that can way back in the cupboard that had lost it label month long ago? Do you have the courage to open it up and eat what's inside? These guys did just that. I think it would be kind of fun to do something similar with on major difference. No mystery cans that have pet food in them. That's just gross.

So what do you all think? Would you participate in challenge like this? 1 week, 7 unlabeled cans sent to you by another KT's memeber and the only rule is you must eat half the contents. There would be guidelines for people who have dietary restrictions such as certain food allergies or being vegetarian.

The fun part will be reading the daily posts of those who participate and what they think they are eating. Pictorial post would be even more amusing.:)

If this sounds like something you'd like to be apart of sign up in this thread. If this is way off base and it could be since I'm kind of high on pain meds right now, let me.

Sounds a lot like hobo stew night. a bunch of us would get together for game once a week and bring a can of something. we would throw it all in a pot, cook it up, and eat our share from the can we brought. everything would have been fine if steve didn't always bring wolf chili and kyle didn't always bring a can of peaches.

Sounds like a coven potluck theme to me, Name Lips. . .

I would be willing to join in, but I generally avoid canned goods, in most every form. Some condensed milk now and again. My chicken noodle is homemade, and I do not purchase canned veggies.... I suppose I could if I was sending them unlabled to someone else :D

Teve, isn't that going to be difficult in a few months? Or do you use frozen veggies instead? I read somewhere that fresh produce is so hard to get in Alaska, that most folks eat canned fruits and veggies out of necessity.
