For Rent in New York on August 30th. When I found out that Adam Pascal and Anthony Rapp were back for six weeks, it was just too good a chance to pass up; my girlfriend's birthday is the 30th and she loves Rent(and has never seen it in New York). :)

And because I'm a big freakin' girl, I'm also excited for this one. ;) I'm going to take her to the Life Cafe(which is featured in the play and the movie) beforehand(unless another restaurant really jumps out at me in the next two weeks) for dinner before the show.

And now for something almost completely different, I was told this morning before she left for work that since my birthday's two weeks after hers, she wants to go to the piercing parlor this weekend to get her nipples pierced. It's a birthday present for me. :o

OK, to clarify, she's not getting them pierced JUST as a gift to me, she's been wanting to have them done anyway, but this way, they're starting to be healed up by my birthday(and she knows I like piercings and tattoos).
