Greetings!
I couldn't resist!:D
Well, anyways--what are your favourite ales?
I'd have to say that mine are Bass, from England; Harp's, from Ireland; Warsteiner, from Germany; and Sam Adams, from the USA.
Nice, ice cold ale....it's very good after a long day!

Yes, yes. Good choices my friend! Newcastle has a kinda creamy taste to it, as I recall. Is that right?

Yep, it does have a rather creamy flavor to it. It's delicious!
I'm currently partial to Caffrey's.

Guinness and Newcastle are good all around choices. If you want a really good creamy ale, try Boddington's.
I'm preferential to the Belgian ales myself. Chimay Ale, the fruit ales like Kriek, Peche and the like, and of course, the ale of kings:
Gouden Carolus Grand Cru of the Emperor Belgian Style Strong Ale (http://www.samswine.com/brouwerij-anker-gouden-carolus-grand-emperor-p-10013429.html)
Gooooood shit. :D

Is there a difference between Ale and Beer? I don't know what I drink. Cold, Gold & Domestic is the way I like it.
Except for some Honey Brown...

Gotta say...none and none! Sorry SHARK, I don't like the ale nor the ladies (at least not in that kinda way).
Wine and spirits and guys...well that's a different story! :D

Beer is the overarching family, under which there are very different types, organized around the fermentation style and yeasts used.
Lagers are generally brewed with bottom-fermenting yeasts that work slowly and consume most of the sugars and so tend to be crisp and clear tasting, while ales tend toward top-fermenting yeasts that work faster and thus leave more residual sugars, so tend more toward creaminess and full body flavors, but these rules are not absolute, and different styles can truly blur the lines. Under each type, there are styles that take the basic premise and really vary it up, in color, body, malt and hops flavors, etc.
Then you get into lambics which I've not had much exposure to apart from a fruity beer I didn't like.
I'm sure a genuine beer fanatic could tell you better than I, but that'll get you started.
I like whores willing to dress as french maids.

Mainly Bass and Guinness, although those are mostly based on what I've drank in the past. I've mostly been drinking Crown Lager or Corona when I'm drinking beer and the season is appropriate, so lagers are obviously the go of late.

For whores, French Maids, Teachers, Nurses, and ones fond of spanking.
For beer: Newcastle, Corona, Sam Adams, Dos Equs, and if I'm in the right mood, Bass. Not a big beer man though.

You ever hear that old saying, "What do you want, an egg in your beer?" For some reason I thought of that when I read your post and how inappropriate a question that would be for you.

And your random factoid about Janos for the day: I'm actually allergic something in eggs.

Maybe I'm a snob (ok, so there's no "maybe" about it), but I can't believe the number of votes for dog (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Newcastle_Brown_Ale) on this thread
Taylor's Landlord (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Landlord_%28beer%29) and
Theakston's Old Peculier (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Theakston_Brewery#Beers) are my favourite tipples

Whores - Grils that play dress up and girls that like to be tied up.
Beer - Guinness Stout, Alaskan Amber Ale, Fat Tire, Moose Drool.
tipples
I'm desperately hoping that means beer to you strange brits.
Cause over here, tipples are those liqueur-filled chocolates that the office ladies go "teeheehee" over eating at the office christmas party.

I'm not picky about my beers.
I like Monty Python's, Guinness, Sleeman's honey brown, Fort Garry Dark, MGD, Rickard's Red, Labbat Light, as long as it is cold.

Just showing a bit of local pride ;). I could have mentioned Newcastle Exhibition, or Fed Special or Fed LCL Pils. All delightfully fizzy! That would get the CAMRA (Campaign for Real Ale) boys going wouldn't it? Whatever happened to Double Diamond? I used to love that when I was growing up!
Seriously though, I find Old Peculiar to be a nice pint once in a while, but it's not a session beer. Landlord OTOH is a delight to drink.
Have you tried any of Mordue's ales? Workie Ticket is the best known. They are (I think) the only independent real ale brewers round here (the brewery is in Wallsend, next to the Tyne Tunnel).
Guinness Stoat (is there any other ?) Fat Tire, Harps, Sam Adams
