Gets "Page Load Error" - Network Timeout."

Anyone have a tip?

1) Reset his computer, router and/or cable/dsl modem.
2) Clear his browser cache.
3) Try reaching kay's in a different browser.

flush the DNS?

Windows does this if you right click the ethernet adapter in "my network connections" and tell it to "repair".

Have him check the box labeled "Allow cool internet sites." It is under Tools->Options

Not a problem I can fix. :)

If the advise already offered doesn't work his only option is to contact his ISP and have them track down why he can't access the site.

Or he could do a tracert to see where the path gets cut off.

Many thanks for all the tips, gang! I reckon it must have been a problem with my provider or one of their links. I got a whole host of emails from Googlemail too this afternoon; some of which were sent from Friday onwards. Mad!:shock:
