Greetings!
I just love seafood. Shark, swordfish, tuna, shrimp, crab, lobster tail, clams. Just great! Get some good French bread, a Caesar salad, some nice lemon, drawn butter, white wine and spices, pepper, and mix it all over the seafood at hand, pour a glass of Kendall Jackson Chardonnay, and the meal is ready to go.
Light the candles, and enjoy!

Yummy! and lets not forget all the wonderful bisques--whether using cream or cheese--and have you ever had Salmon soup? delish! ( honest)---tho catchin' em-and fryin' em is what we mostly do around here-- serve with green fried tomatoes, chips, ice cold beer-- thats summer time--watermelon and strawberry rhubarb pie are optional accessories.

I'm a huge fan of seafood, myself. Some of the best tasting and most nutritious food in the world.

Grilled tuna served carribean style is about the tastiest thing I know. Overall I've learned to like seafood a lot better in recent years. Growing up I couldn't stand it.

My mother used to make all sorts of fish and they were always very tasty but I am very nervous about cooking fish. I would like to make the same Orange Roughy that my mother made. It was great. And salmon steaks are nice as well.
I just love seafood. Shark...

Sadly, the smell of cooking seafood make me want to vomit. Has since I was a child. As an adult I've managed to try a variety of seafood on the coast and in the midwest. I don't care for most of it, though I do enjoy sushi.

You ever tried freshwater fish?
I'm not 100% sure. I don't know my fish well enough.
What would you recommend trying?

What would you recommend trying?Catfish and trout have a rather different taste than saltwater fish, and there's some great recipes for them. Crayfish are hit or miss, depending on how they're cooked.

Growing up I was never exposed to it, but now that I moved out of Jersey, I've tried and loved a lot of different seafoods. Shrimp cocktail's a favorite(with homemade cocktail sauce when at home), swordfish, tuna, and I'm generally up to try anything. I don't get the big deal over lobster, though; my girlfriend's from Maine and loves it, but I've tried it and I just wasn't thrilled.

I can't see that combination working at all. Now having the French bread and the Caesar salad off to the side and putting the rest on the seafood sounds quite nice, but mixing them all together like you say? No, sir. No, thank you.

I love a broiled crab cake and an ice cream scoop of kraft dinner.
I know I know I am uncultured.

Well, indeed. The bread and salad are on the side; the seasonings are for the seafood. That's what I meant! *laughing*
