I got the NEW ! A1 cracked pepper corn sauce yesterday for my roast, it was peppery. Next time I make home-made BBQ sauce I'll add a teaspoon of it to it.

not that youd eat a salad doc--but heres a " recipe" for one i really like:

strips of boneless skinnless grilled chicken--seasoned as prefered
chunks of mozarrella cheese
craisens (dried cranberrys)
toasted pecans
croutons if you like
salad greens of your choice--leaf and iceberg lettuce works

adjust quantities of ingredients as desired.

the craisens really set it off

its supposed to be served with a raspberry vinagerette--but i am experimenting with cranberry options....

for the dubious--just think of it as a fluffy club sandwhich

I have just recently tried the Quakes which are rice cake chip things. I thought it would be yucky but actually they are good. And even better, my kids like them. they have several different flavors. So far we have only tried the ranch and Cheddar Cheese.

Molly, that sounds like a good salad but I have to say this really is starting to tick me off. And let me clarify this is not directed specifically at you but everywhere this comes up

craisens (dried cranberrys)

If the powers that be are going to give dried cranberries a stupid name, then at least give them a stupid name that doesn't require you to explain that they are dried cranberries afterward. It makes it pointless to give them a stupid name, so you may as well just call them dried cranberries!!!

Sorry, I needed to get that out of my system.
