Thing is pretty cool. The reviews are pretty good. If you are already a netflix member there is only the $100 cost of the box and then you get unlimited streaming to your TV of the movies they have available (about 10,000 mostly older) at no additional cost.

I've personally seen movies be on Watch It Now one day, and not be there the next. I wonder if there is a limit to how many customers can stream the same movie simultaneously? We're always looking for kid movies, for instance, and only really weird, obscure ones are ever available... most of the time. Every now and then there's a good one. Are the good ones never showing up because they're in high demand and people are always watching them? So all that's left are the bizzare ones?

Still this looks like a neat idea. :)

The only problem is that, right now, only 2 of their 100 top DVDs are available for download. It's cool to watch older movies but, until the studios release their death grip, you're not going to get new movies.

Besides that, $100 for this is awesome. I may pick one up eventually. :)

For me that isn't a big issue. I watch more old movies than new. Not going run out and get one myself but it is high on my splurge list.

Doesn't work that way. There is no limit to how many customers can stream the movie simultaneously. The reason that movies disappear is because the contracts run out. One thing, though. The browse by category will not give you all of the movies. To find all of the movies, you need to browse alphabetically. Alternatively, if you know the name of the movie, it will always show whether it is available for Instant Watch.
