Inspired by Wanger Rickett's dogpile and the nostalgia over ArtQ's dogpile. :D
In this thread, you can post links to your favorite dogpiles, flamewars, meltdowns, threads where somebody makes an idiot out of themselves, etc.
I'll start with some of my favorites:
Kahuna Burger gets dogpiled: (http://www.circvsmaximvs.com/showthread.php?t=349) In this thread from the early days of Circvs Maximvs, Kahuna Burger tries to use the same type of snide, passive-aggressive personal attacks that she'd gotten away with for years at EN World. But reveal, PWD, and a few others decide that they're not going to let her get away with that shit at CM. Hilarity ensues.
ArthurQ has a meltdown: (http://www.enworld.org/showthread.php?t=66662) After the Book of Erotic Fantasy was announced a few years back, there were lots and lots of threads about it, and in these threads ArthurQ would inevitably rush to its defense whenever people would bring up just how stupid of an idea it was. In this thread, however, ArthurQ appears to suffer a complete mental breakdown because everybody keeps referring to the product as "elf porn." And if Borko's insanity doesn't make you laugh, the replies to his rant will.
A fatbeard asks for relationship advice: (http://www.enworld.org/showthread.php?t=112639) Some of the funniest threads on EN World are the ones where a Cheeto-encrusted fatbeard wants to know how he can make supermodels want to have sex with him, and this is one of the funniest ones there is. A poster known as Hida Bukkurosu (whose stay at EN World was very brief, probably due to people mocking him in this thread) wants to know how he can "hit on girls without being creepy", and predictably the carebeards start saying shit like "just be yourself and everything will work out fine" (nevermind that "just being himself" has never worked for the guy in the past - probably because just being yourself is not a good idea if you're a socially retarded loser). When people finally start offering him REAL advice, Hida keeps making lame-ass excuses about why he can't follow the advice. My favorite moments in this thread are Francisca's first reply and when Buttercup/Goblin Girl has to explain to Hida just why it's important to shower every day.
