Wow - these are pretty awesome! Some of them I would try, like the sherbet toilet and ear-wax candies, but the bugs & Harry Potter ones are pretty damn disgusting. Number one just makes me laugh - I won't spoil the surprise for those who want to go look though.

I've tried 6 of the 10. I echo the authors, I would have put Bertie's as #1. I think their #1 is pretty weak (although I haven't tried it, the visual fails to ooge me at all).

Those were all pretty gross looking candies. But for gross tasting, nothing beats Circus Peanuts. Blech!

The ideas behind them are gross, but it sounds like the actually candy might not be half bad (except those booger and vomit flavored Harry Potter jelly beans).

#1 grosses me out because it encourages kids to lick their arms. And is resealable for later. Foodsafe teachers everywhere are repulsed, I'm sure.



And really, shouldn't candy corn be on that list? There isn't anything in the world grosser than candy corn.
