I like a variety of scotches, provided they ain't of that blended shit. Somebody who can drink that shit needs to take their tongue out and shoot it. If you're going to drink, drink the good stuff, IMO.

I like a nice, peaty malt. Ardbeg or Laphroig. I'm also partial to a nice Highland Park. Any single malt really :).

However, at the moment I'm enjoying an export strength Gordon's Gin with a dash of Tonic and slice of lime. Over ice. Mmmmm...:D

It is possible to get a blended scotch whiskey that's tasty, but you have to pay more per bottle for it than an equally tasty single malt.

Decided to get a 12 year Glenfarclas Single Highland Malt today, and was very pleased with the result. Smooth, slightly woody. Very nice scotch.

Half the bottle is gone, too. :D
