1) Find a big-ass weight. 360 kg/792 lbs should do nicely.
2) Grunt.
3) Lift that bitch until you burst a blood vessel and bleed from the nose.

Northcott, do you recommend stretching before or after the massive nosebleed?

Stretching?!? There'll be time to stretch when they've laid you out on a cold slab in the morgue! Until then, you lift! LIFT!!!
...
... no, hold it. Now that I think about it, that's probably wrong.
Nosebleeds are actually pretty common in heavyweight/elite powerlifters and strongmen. The structure in the nose is very delicate, and can be stressed into nosebleeds from something as simple as the air being too dry. Nosebleeds can be brought on by excessive levels of stress in life (I was getting spontaneous bleeds 2-3x a day in mid 2006, when everything was going to Hell).
So when some 270-300 lb guy starts picking up a weight that would kill a normal man -- and does that for reps -- the pressure created in his body to stabalize his core and keep safe during the process can cause a sudden nosebleed. If you're not expecting it, and don't know what causes it, it can be scary as Hell. :) There's several shots floating around the net of powerlifters developing nasty bleeds while going for personal records in squats. It's really not wise to pay attention to the nosebleed when you've got 800-1,000 lbs on your back, though.

I'd even go one further and say it's probably not wise to be poppin' blood vessels located anywhere in your head either. ;)

Yeah... but y'know, at the point where it's one or the other, I say pay attention to racking the half-car of weight that'll kill you if you stop paying attention to it. ;) After all, if the nosebleed's a symptom of what's quietly killing you, the job's pretty much done, and there's no sense in letting the weight squash you out of spite for an aneurysm. Finish the lift just in case.
