So he was born a girl and is now becoming a man. Interesting. Being a woman i look at that and to be honest feel pain but hey it is not my body. More power to him.

Wow! That's really cool, I'd love to see some more photos farther along in the healing process. He now looks very much a male.

Looks very painful. I thought a good plastic surgeon could stitch nipples back on so they don't look so mutilated. Maybe once the healing is done they won't look so bad.
