I personally do not have much. I love scrapbooking and encourage people with kids to do it because it is great. I also collect Precious Moment figurines. That is pretty much about it.

Well...I have no hobbies I'm ashamed of...but there are a few things I don't go shouting out to everyone I meet:

1) I love role playing games. My basement is dedicated to our weekly game and includes a $700 table that comfortably seats 8 adults, a dry erase board, two bookshelves full of RPG stuff, several tackle boxes full of mini's, and a mishmash of chairs.

2) I read fantasy and sci fi novels. I go through books very quickly and I have to read before bed or I can't sleep.

3) I have a blog. No, it's not about anything important. It's just a place for me to air my dirty laundry in view of the entire world. I'm always surprised when people comment...it shocks me that people would want to read what I'm writing.

4) I love food. Not cooking so much, but the science behind it. I'm a food scientist who spends her days talking/writing/learning about food quality and innovations. I love my job.

5) I actually participate in message boards...like this.

I haven't done that in years, used to enjoy it, last one I put togather was a Consolidated PBY-5A Catalina Painted in VPB-54 colors (flat black w/ squardren insigna) resting in a blue acylate diorama. Worked on that (a buddy helped with the diorama) for a year for my Dad, finished it for him 2 months before he passed.
