If you could only eat one meal for the rest of your life what would you pick to eat?
Now keep in mind that you can change up what seasonings you use but that is pretty much about it. Unless it is something like a salad where you can change the dressing but that is about all.

I don't think I could do it. There is no one thing I could eat forever and not get bored of.

If I had to eat the same thing 3 meals a day for decades or longer I would go with a smoothie. (Assuming I can get all the vitamins and minerals and what not that I need)

Is it cheating to request a 1,000 course dinner and just pick and choose what I feel like at each meal?

I'd have to pick something smart so I didn't like... die of scurvy or something.
Meat and veg and brown rice I think, might actually not die if that's all I ate.

Another for Pizza - assuming that I can contort the ingredients to my liking. I cannot make an open face pizza worth a crap. But I can make a pretty damn awesome pizza pocket type thing.
Second choice: Prime Rib so rare it still moos.
Too bad you're taken, I like the way you think

Ok, I have given this a lot of thought, and only partially because I am trying to put off doing something else. I'm going to go with sandwiches stuffed with all the toppings I like. I figure there's bread, cheese, meat, pickles, tomatoes, cucumber slices, and other various veggies. So there will be always be some variety.

That, a salad and a new sauce to go with it every day.

An orange-glazed spicy chicken breast and Spanish rice, with the spice level set on high.
And a coke.

I'm not sure what the point of the exercise is!
I'm assuming dawnstar is taking statistics on who will survive the apocalypse.

I'm gonna have to take the Jersey Boy answer and say pizza. No need to top it with a lot of weird stuff, either, probably just sausage. And from Sciortino's. Yum.

Curried anything. I love curry. I'll eat it until it kills my tastebuds, and then I'll keep eating it, because I just won't care.

chocolate lovers hint: take all the "leftover" chocolate items fm xmas or halloween or easter that the kids never got arround to eating--( and you dont want because they taste like the cheap chocolates they are--and yo deserve better!)--anyway-- gently melt them--they can be used as the base for some really rich and decadent brownies. it is also very satisfying to melt down any particularly offensive easter bunnies....( cue wicked witch"im melting--meltiing.." do not recomment this with filled box chocolates but is simply wonderful way to dispose of krisp types, or pb. filled--most kinds--just tweak the amount of oil/butter etc in your recipe. ----um and if i can be forgiven for rambling on about chocolate in this way--have you ever had deep fried candy bars? or a chocolate dressed, deep fried twinkie?

Speaking of chocolate... chocolate in itself is pretty good, but why do they insist on contaminating it with nuts?

In Scotland (just up the road from me) the chippys sell deep fried (in batter) Mars Bars alongside the fish and chips. Lush!
How about frozen Mars Bars?
Back on topic, I'd have to go with pizza as well. Lots of various meat on it

Sushi, spicy tuna and rainbow rolls with miso soup and salad with ginger dressing to make sure I eat something green that isn't the 10lbs of wasabi I like.

I burn out on Pizza pretty fast. Sushi is the one thing I never seem to get sick of. I eat it at least once a week, often two or three times a week without getting tired of it.
