You responded as a right brained person to 10 questions, and you responded as a left brained person to 9 questions. You seemed to be comfortable using strategies for both sides for the brain. Your preference may be situational and apparent mainly when stress in a factor. This does not necessarily mean that you are ambidextrous. However, you are on your way to becoming whole brained and will benefit from using study strategies useful for both sides of the brain. When you read the descriptions, look for new strategies to try. However, your learning style probably has components from both sides. Some of the traits associated with the left and right side of the brain are listed in the table. Not all of the traits will apply to you.

I got 13/6 for the right brain.

That said, there are some questions where the dichotomy is too strong. For example, "Which is easier for you to understand?", up until High School it was geometry, afterwards it was algebra. Or "When making decisions", I go with gut feeling except if it's an important decision where I cautiously prefer to weigh all options.

Right brain 17, left brain 2...and found the test insulting at several points.

I have a fairly even amount of spattering talent in academic and artistic areas, so this sounds about right. Clay, which questions did you find insulting?

Assumptions about foot in mouth when speaking off the cuff. This si what I pretty much do for a living. And some of the language seemed to be talking down to people who make my choices or have my brain.

13/6 for the right brain. There were 2-3 questions that I felt like I was flipping a coin on, but right brain makes sense to me.

Ah. Gotcha.

Most of the questions were too binary and I was like, WTF? BOTH, MOTHERFUCKER!

Precisely! So many of them I answered "Yes".

Word. I wanted to answer 'Both' to a lot of questions too.

Anyways, my results were:

You responded as a right brained person to 11 questions, and you responded as a left brained person to 8 questions. According to the Hemispheric Dominance test, you use your right brain the most.

Which is odd, since previous tests have put me in the Left-brain dominant category since I'm highly verbal and think in words (not pictures) and am mathematical and analytical.

I know! I thought they went overboard in asking about resturant owners who need a sammich, too! ;)

I scored 13/6 for right brain. I found it kind of ironic that in the middle of a test where they only give you two options, they ask if you prefer objective or subjective testing.

They tagged me directly on one point, though: big picture vs. the details. The need to know 'why'. It used to drive me nuts as a kid when I'd ask a teacher the 'why' behind the math, an element of a lesson, or the study of a book, only to be shut out.

Edit: Well, they got me on two points. I think in images and words... but the images are exceptionally clear.

11 left, 8 right, and there were some close ones.

Algebra versus Geometry? I see algebra solutions geometrically/spatially in my mind.

12 right, 8 left.

I don't put much stock in the results though.

How did you unlock the secret question? Do you have to first beat the quizz by getting 19 rights and 19 lefts?

You responded as a right brained person to 7 questions, and you responded as a left brained person to 12 questions. According to the Hemispheric Dominance test, you use the left side or your brain the most.

Only 2 that I could have gone either way on, but it wouldn't have significantly altered my score.

I was OK through that, it was the damned ex-stoner, useless hippie, smelly liberal questions that got me.

I am not smelly.

So I'm left brained? But I CANNOT GET THE DANCER TO GO ANTICLOCKWISE!!

WAHAHAHAHAAH.

This is messing with my head!!!

Apparently I'm very right brained according to both tests.
You responded as a right brained person to 15 questions, and you responded as a left brained person to 4 questions. According to the Hemispheric Dominance test, you use your right brain the most. The summary briefly describes your dominance type. Remember, this only represents half of the picture. After you read the description, click on the link at the bottom of the page to find out how to use this information to improve your study strategies. Do not forget to print your results, if your instructor has requested you to do so.

I too seem to be split brained. However, on the dancing lady test, I was extremely right brain - it required huge efforts to be able to see the rotation in the other direction.

You responded as a right brained person to 14 questions, and you responded as a left brained person to 5 questions. According to the Hemispheric Dominance test, you use your right brain the most.

The funny thing is, when I read through the left brain traits there are a lot that fit me. Like making lists... I love to make lists of tasks. I could have answered "both" to several of the questions, too, but I just tried to go with my gut on those ones.

My split was 6/13, so I'm pretty left-brained, and the traits seem to fit me as well. I do think a couple of the questions were hard to pick the answer, like Bella was saying, but even so, I don't think that would change my result.
