As wise as it is to let them know that they're actively hunted by the police... In the end, you could go all Spanish Inquisition if you want to not be expected by your quarry; but I'm not sure it would work better than neglecting the help of the population through "Wanted" posters.

He's got that annoyingly familiar look to him -- the kind of guy who probably has a half-dozen lookalikes in any decent-sized city. I hope they catch the bastard. They mentioned some of the acts of that piece of filth on the news the other night. Refuse. Dross.
