Katherine Hepburn is correct! Her movies were Guess Who's Coming to Dinner and The Lion in Winter.
As for the mammal with the most ribs, that would be the two-toed sloth. It has 6 more ribs than an elephant, 10 more than a horse, and 22 more than a human.
