Spicy chicken sauce
12 oz of spaghetti
olive oil
1 large onion
10 oz can of rotell (tomatos and chilis)
1 taplespoon of flour
1 cup of half and half
1 1/2 cup of precooked chicken (optional)
Prepare pasta as per package
Saute the finly chopped onion in olive oil for 8 minutes or until translucent
Add Rotell and cook till reduced or 5 minutes
in seperate bowl mix flour and half & half
add chicken and flour mixture until "bubbly"
Serve over pasta.
