At this point, yeah. If they're so bad they shouldn't be with other people in a shelter, then they're bad enough to not be in a shelter at all. Unless that shelter is a prison.

Society's not supposed to cater that much to its troublesome elements. What's next, affirmative action for them?

If the kids are in the shelter and the offenders are outside the shelter and a Cat 5 comes through... the offenders will like die and stuff.

Unless of course sex offenders are more aerodynamic, which if so we can more easily identify them so its still a win really.

Could we not just put some sings on them, i don´t know, like red and white circles and have a open hunting season?

This way i could let of some steam without feeling like a psycho and Joe American would feel much saver (until he takes a piss in some park, but hey, dead people don´t complain...)
