Have you heard a phrase lately that makes you wonder WTF or just got your mind off on a tangent ?
For me it "Tropical Depression", most folks got to the tropics to get from being depressed, since most storms that are depressed tear the crap out of land when they get there doesn't that make them Tropical Bi-Polar ?
