I have found a place in my mind that if I go there time just passes. I exist without thought... this place scares me and I don't like it so would one of you say something that allows me to exit this mind numbing place in my soul and get engaged in living again?

Not really. I prefer working behind the scenes. I only did it because my first AD talked me into auditioning.
