For me, it's sauerkraut and brown mustard. Good stuff! :)

Totally depends on my mood. Sometimes it's spicy mustard and sweet relish, sometimes it's mayo with pico de gallo, sometimes the whole Chicago dog thing with pickles, jalepenos, mustard and tomatoes.

Favorite is Chicago style with the pepper, tomato, dill pickle, etc.
At home, boiled is celery salt, cayenne, and pickle relish. Mustard every blue moon.
If we're grilling, they're a bit charred and just thrown on bread/bun.
Never, ever, FUCKING EVER does ketchup go on a hot dog. Blasphemy, I tell you.

Nothing, not even a bun.
Bare minimum is mustard.
I generally prefer mustard, relish, and onions.
But sauerkraut is damn fine too.
Ketchup is evil on dogs, as is barbeque sauce.

I like it really basic (if I ever eat one, which is very rare), just butter on the bun and tomato sauce. Then the full flavour of the fatty goodness in the 'meat' can shine through.

Mustard and nothing but mustard. And a bun. That's it.
If I happen to eat more than one, I discard the bun after the first. This seemed to freak out the one currently active member here I have met. But once I've had the first bun, all I want after that is the dog, and the mustard, thank you very much.
As for brands of mustard, nothing is better for a hot dog than French's, but if it happened to be a gourmet dog, or at least a dog that aims to be high falutin', a more high brow mustard is acceptable.

Mustard (possibly Dijon), a bit of butter, a bit of ketchup, a bit of bbq sauce. MAYBE cheese if I'm feeling delinquent. Sometimes I'll skip on the ketchup entirely.

Deli mustard, ketchup, cheese (with optional onions, sour kraut, or bacon)
Chili and cheese by themselves on a dog, or with bacon too.
Always a pickle on the side.

It all depends, sometimes it is mustard and cheese, other times it is just mustard. And if I am in the mood for a much yummier meal I will put skyline chili, onions, mustard and cheese on it. YUMMY!!!!

Usually just yellow mustard and ketchup. Sometimes pickle relish or saurkraut, depending on my mood.

Depends on the type of dogs, and mood.
For example, I might put chili and cheese on a circumsized frank, but a good red hotdog, no way in hell.
I am extremely fond of fried onions & peppers (in butter and olive oil) on my dogs, sometimes with a dash of mustard and/or a dollop of relish (very rarely with the addition of ketchup these days).
If the buns are buttered and toasted then I'll have the relish, ketchup and mustard in order to cut through the richness of the butter.
If I'm having a spicy sausage, it almost demands either chili and cheese or peppers and onions, but no more embellishment than that.

It depends on my mood and what's available.
Brown mustard and chopped onion.
Ketchup & chopped onion.
Coney sauce and cheese.
Nada.
Ketchup and ketchup alone.

Next time I make hotdogs I'm going to try Vegemite on them... should be interesting.
Can you get high from salt?

Only yellow mustard.
If I'm at Jodi Maroni's, on the other hand, I'll put yellow mustard and relish.

I like ketchup + yellow mustard, or spicy mustard alone, or a full-on chili-cheese dog with onions.
Now if we're talking brats or polish sausage, the only thing I want anywhere near it is spicy mustard, but I prefer those alone on the bun.

I'm a big fan of vegemite, but that does sound like it would be awful.
But then my brother used to put vegemite on Weet-bix, which was also a disgusting concept to me so perhaps I'm just a toast and vegemite purist.
Virtually never have hotdogs, but like tomato sauce on my meat pies (Aussie equivalent of hotdogs).

Ooo so terribly, terribly cute. Surely the dog is going to gnaw on the knight in about 5 seconds.
