How To Make a List of Files?

I currently have roughly 120BGs of PDFs, mainly RPG and Osprey, and some 60GBs of music. I have them well organised and properly named, over several folders, but what I'd like to be able to do is to make a txt or doc list of everything. I've looked at a few programs, but nothing seemed to meet my simple needs. Not something that will catalog them in depth, gives me options to rename or structure, just a list, that I can edit, copy and paste as needed.

I'm curious if basic app exists for doing this, or if there is something as simple as a command I can type into "Run" that would do the same thing.

[Edit: I've found an app that will list folders. Several in fact. But not individual files within a folder.]
