My friend got me into watching the new series. It's still a kid show for sure... but it's weird. Anyone else seen this?

No, but several posters at CM started a whole thread about how awesome it was and introduced me to horrific terms like Brony (http://www.urbandictionary.com/define.php?term=Brony) and Ponychan (http://www.ponychan.net/chan/).

While I have enjoyed the combo of MLP, crochet and booze, I enjoy the images and youtube mashups more.

Fun Fact: The Pinkie Pie losing her shit clip I posted at the start of this thread was aired on Tree House (Canada's tv station for children aged 0-5). The station found that the use of the word "losers" to describe the other ponies was inappropriate for their demographic.

So they bleeped it out. My friends watching later had to ask the question "Why are they calling the ponies "Bitches" on a kids show?" :lol:

Yep. It's kinda like the people who rate films and give Y Tu Mama Tambien an NC 17 rating but only rate Passion of the Christ an R rating.
